Box Office Hours and Policies
BOX OFFICE
Our Box Office Staff is available Tuesday-Friday from 1pm-5pm to respond to any questions related to your tickets, events, and all things WCAC! Please email us at roxytheatregroup@gmail.com or leave a voicemail at 305.226.0030.
The Box Office will open 1 hour prior to the start of any event for Will Call and in-person purchases.
REFUNDS AND EXCHANGES
All sales are final and non-refundable. Ticket exchanges may be requested up to 48 hours prior to each performance. All exchanges are subject to availability and any difference in ticket price.
TICKETS
Only tickets sold through BookTix (or an authorized vendor, in cases of third-party productions or rentals), will be accepted.
WCAC reserves the right to refuse service to and/or remove from the premises any patrons who disrupt a performance or otherwise create an unsafe environment for other patrons. In such cases, no refund or exchange will be provided.
